Cancellation and Refund Policy

Nature of Digital Products

All our digital products and services are delivered electronically immediately upon completion of payment. Therefore, they cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.

Accepted Refund Cases

  • If you are unable to receive the service or digital file due to a verified technical issue.
  • If an incorrect product was delivered that differs from the one purchased.
  • If the amount was mistakenly charged twice.

Cases Not Eligible for Refund

  • After successfully receiving the service or downloading the digital product.
  • If the product does not meet the customer’s personal preferences.
  • For custom or modified orders requested by the customer.

Cancellation

Since the service is a one-time digital product, the order cannot be canceled after payment has been completed.

Refund Procedures

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of payment to request a case review.
  • If approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • All refunds are processed through the same electronic payment channel used for purchase, in compliance with secure payment policies.
